- Gerhard Huber added a new meal Dinner at Taheizushi (太平寿し) at Taheizushi
Taheizushi was founded in 1972 by Master Shinjiro Takaya. Unfortunately he passed away earlier this year, so I missed eating his unique style of Sushi.

- Gerhard Huber added a new meal Lunch at Takao Takano at Takao Takano with Andy Hayler
Excellent lunch in Lyon. 2 star Chef Takano cooks classic French cuisine with ingredients sourced from all over France.
His dishes are all well calibrated and perfectly executed. The dish with the wild mushrooms was the highlight of the meal.

2nd visit
The food is more refined and there is quite some kick to it. The chicken was the highlight with a great texture and taste.

Despite that, this vegetable menu is lighter, more refined and flavourful than last years. It was my favourite season last year and there is a good chance that it will be it again.
Fantastic meal with good friends, it is like coming home. Less

Fourth meal in less than 9 months. Daniel Berlin continues to push very hard. His dishes are delicately balanced and full of great flavours.
This must be the next 3 star in the Scandinavian guide.

Husband and wife operation in one of the oldest neighbourhoods of Buenos Aires. A cool, sparse dining room with some counter seating. Both have worked in Europe and it shows in their technique even though they source local ingredients and try to stay true to their home country.

For me this was without doubt the best meal in Buenos Aires. Less
