Fantastic concept, fabolous service and impeccable cooking.
Second meal is always the hardest. But, as expected the brothers delivered in spades.
This place must be promoted to a 3 star place.
Sensational meal at Hermanos Torres. The former Michelin tire shop was transformed not into a restaurant but an eating theatre. There are two cooking island in the middle while the tales are set around them. This creates a fantastic setting and interaction between the chefs and the diners.
The dishes are complex constructed, well calibrated and plated artfully. The taste is deep, full of flavour and multilayered.

The one thing I love about the place is the dining room which is spectacular (as is the food) A large open central kitchen surrounded on all sides by diners. It could be something out of a set for Final Table or any other US tv cooking competition show.

Dinner before Christmas at ⭐️⭐️ @hermanostorres in Barcelona. A pretty nice meal really, in a fantastic dining room where, in this converted industrial warehouse, the kitchen takes centre stage being surrounded on all sides by tables. I remember enjoying Dos Cielos years ago where the Torres brothers used to cook. I remember enjoying Dos Cielos years ago where the Torres brothers used to cook. Now on this much bigger stage they can really show off their style of cuisine which is based on cooking ‘through memories’ with dishes based on family recipes using seasonal, garden-fresh ingredients and contemporary techniques. With Joan Roca on the table to my right and probably Spain’s most respected restaurant critic Jose Carlos Capel on the table to my left, it was no surprise that the service was impeccable. Worth a look when in Barcelona
