I have known this young man for 25 years now. At that time he was head chef at the world-famous El Bulli.
Today he runs the restaurants Dos Palillos and Dos Pebrots in Barcelona, with great success.

My next meal was a long overdue (thanks to Covid) catch up with @the_dining_austrian and the birthday boy @the.hungry.tourist at the excellent @dospebrots in Barcelona back in September. Fantastic food and even better company. I challenge you to find three people who eat at more restaurants than the three of us 😬
