Local place, in business for almost 50 years. The Taisho is brutally honest about the quality of the ingredients which in his view are not good in July. However he still manages to give you some soldi sushi. The untreated Uni is of course excellent and we cleaned up whatever was left of this day’s supply.
His tempura and karage was also very tasty with the corn and mushroom being the upstanding pieces.
