Local tempura, interesting building, it looks old but has a very modern structure like exposed concrete.
The food is seasonal with some very nice ingredients. Sitting in a private room has the disadvantage of getting multiple tempuras at the same time. This leads obviously to some execution problems like an slightly overcooked fish.
Nevertheless for ¥16,000 a very good meal.
