Itto, a top-ranked tsukemen shop in Shin-Koiwa, is known for its thick fish tsukemen and handmade noodles. The soup is lighter than typical tonkotsu gyokai, with flavors from specialty French chickens called レッドブロー. The chicken meatballs are a main draw, while the chashu is cooked using a low temperature vacuum cooker for a fantastic flavor. The eggs are on point. Itto is a popular spot for tsukemen, with crowds expected on days ending in Y.
Great tsukumen, thick, slightly sweet broth., thick and chewy noodles.
World class ramen shop. rated very highly on tabelog and for a good reason.
The Tokusei Noukou Gyokai is just unbelievable good, the broth thick and flavourful, the noodle on the thin side but perfectly cooked and tasty.
The toppings of three different meats are adding flavour to the broth.
