A delicious dinner as HAKU keeps getting better and better. Two of the dishes tonight were absolutely fantastic.

A very special lunch where Chef Agustin Balbi wrapped gold foil around Rubia Galega for me. Oh and the other dishes were nice, too!

This was an invitational tasting for media people. While the dishes showcased were somewhat tasty, it was nevertheless a disappointing experience as one wonders whether the chef presented dishes with premium ingredients simply to "wow" people - without delivering real flavors.
