- Peter Chang added a new meal Dinner at Sushi Kumogaku at Sushi Kumogaku
First time trying this sushiya. Very interesting that this is designed to be a place where the meal goes with the drinks, so the chef switches back and forth between otsumami and nigiri.
Lucky to have come during the season for both sardines and female Japanese snow crabs.

Another attempt by Uwe to kill me with food, and I had lots of friends to help.
A fantastic foie gras saint honoré to kick off dinner, with a wonderful potato and truffle dish to follow. The lobster baked into a long and crispy croissant was nice, too.
The French lamb was really, really good.

A long-overdue return to see Uwe with a good friend. We were served 8 courses for lunch, which was definitely way too much.
Every single course was delicious. I felt this meal was a level above "the usual". The morel stuffed with beef was particularly moreish.

We asked Chef Uwe not to kill us with too much food, and he obliged. A "light" lunch with just 3 savory courses.
Lots of mushrooms for the season, and that beautiful pie + loin with sika deer.

First visit of the year to my favorite restaurant in HK. The Man in White T-shirt pulled out all the stops for us tonight.
The dried perssimon and bottarga was delicious as before. The garganelli with the soft shell king crab was freaking amazing... when the crab shell could be eaten as "chips".
