First visit to this highly-regarded sushiya where only nigiri is served.
Very, very high level here. In terms of product, some may even surpass the quality from masters with 3 Michelin stars. The chutoro from the upper back and the Spanish mackerel were definitely outstanding and perhaps the best I have ever had.
