A very good dinner at this former Michelin 3-star restaurant. Seasonal specialties such as the female snow crab (with ovaries and eggs) were fantastic.

Wonderful lunch for early autumn at Ginza Kojyu. Always so graceful, balanced, and delicious.
Great dinner at the always-excellent Kojyu, with @lpadilla777 for her first ever visit to Japan. Excellent early season matsutake was definitely my favorite.
