My first experience with this 2-star French by Kai Ho, a protégé of Julien Royer from Odette. It only took me 7 years after they opened.
Dishes and flavors inspired by chef's childhood memories of eating local Taiwanese fare. I must say I didn't quite get some of them. There were, of course, a couple of standout dishes... but not enough.

I was fortunate enough to get another taste of Kaisa before it went back to hidden mode. How @kaiho1011 switched up dishes even for a month long pop up was just amazing! My main target this time was stir fry beef noodles with curry and sacha sauce. Obviously because beef noodles “consommé “ was served previously and I wanted to try everything! A special thank you to @angela_sy for including mini Paris Brest and canele in petit four. Always a happy and hearty feast at @tairroir... More
