𝘼 𝙏𝙖𝙡𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙏𝙬𝙤 𝙎𝙝𝙤𝙧𝙚𝙨 𝙒𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚 𝙈𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙚𝙖𝙣 𝙢𝙚𝙚𝙩𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝘼𝙩𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙘

A special lunch at @grandlisboapalace celebrating two of its signature restaurants - @mesa.macau and @donalfonso1890.macau! We had the pleasure of having Chef @joseavillez of 2* @belcanto_joseavillez and Chef @ernesto_iaccarino of @donalfonso1890 come together for this occasion. The menu was a symphony of contemporary Portuguese and Southern Italian flavors with highlights including the carabinero with fisherman’s stew sauce, Belcanto’s signature golden egg dish, spaghetti with sea urchin, and the whimsical three little pigs ice cream sandwich dessert. Thank you chefs for the wonderful afternoon!

🇲🇴 มาเก๊าทริปนี้ขอแนะนำ Mesa by José Avillez สำหรับใครที่มองหาร้าน Casual Fine Dining ไว้ดินเนอร์โรแมนติก บรรยากาศหรูแต่ไม่เป็นทางการเกินไป ร้านอาหารโปรตุเกสร่วมสมัยแห่งนี้ออกแบบโดย Karl Lagerfeld และนำทีมโดยเชฟมิชลินสตาร์ชื่อดังอย่าง @joseavillez

ปกติไม่ค่อยอินกับของหวานเท่าไหร่ แต่ครั้งนี้ต้องยอมใจให้เมนู One of the Three Little Pigs ขนมที่ได้แรงบันดาลใจจากความทรงจำในวัยเด็กของเชฟ รสชาติแอบมีความ savoury นิด ๆ ทั้งน่ารักและอร่อยเกินคาด จนกลายเป็นจานโปรดของมื้อนี้เลย 😍

และไม่ใช่แค่อาหารเท่านั้น เพราะ Mesa Bar ก็โดดเด่นไม่แพ้กัน การันตีด้วยรางวัลมากมายจนกลายเป็นหนึ่งในบาร์สุดฮิปที่นักท่องเที่ยวทุกคนต้องแวะมาเช็กอินเลยหล่ะ🍸✨

Slightly upscale Portuguese restaurant managed by the chef from Bel Canto in Lisbon. Pretty nice and tasty.
