Another attempt by Uwe to kill me with food, and I had lots of friends to help.

A fantastic foie gras saint honoré to kick off dinner, with a wonderful potato and truffle dish to follow. The lobster baked into a long and crispy croissant was nice, too.

The French lamb was really, really good.
