Located in the heart of Sheung Wan, “Yardbird” is a modern izakaya famous for its yakitori (chicken skewers)🍗 Visiting from Japan, we decided to explore their other dishes - the “Sweet Corn Tempura” was a pleasant surprise, much larger than expected and packed with sweet, crispy kernels🙌 The vegetarian “KFC” (Korean Fried Cauliflower) was another standout, offering a playful twist on fried chicken with a miso glaze and a sweet, spicy kick💯

香港の上環（ションワン）にあるモダン居酒屋「Yardbird（ヤードバード）」は焼鳥が名物のお店🐓 串は1本1,000円程で、日本人の感覚だとかなり割高な為、焼き鳥以外のお料理をメインにオーダーしました 🌈 個人的にイチオシは、カバー写真の「Sweet Corn Tempura（甘いトウモロコシの天ぷら）」💛 球体型の揚げ物は想像以上に大きく、中にもぎっしりコーンが詰まっていました🤤 甘辛い味噌のソースが病みつきになる「KFC（韓国風フライド・カリフラワー）」もオススメです💓
