Last meal in Bangkok this time was at @baantepabkk which has just been newly promoted to 2 Michelin Stars! The chef @tamchudaree had previously worked at @bluehillfarm in New York and continued the farm-to-table concept at her current restaurant - located at a vast compound which used to be her family home. First visit to this pretty, luxurious home which was turned into a "culinary space" with a garden out back. I guess one can see some shade of Dan Barber here.
Reasonably tasting dinner, with the squid ink noodles being a real standout dish, as was the khao mok. Hated the prawn fat that came with the river prawn and did not finish the dish.
