A dinner here never disappoints, with some nice Japanese beef along with seasonal specials. The female Japanese snow crab (kobako gani) was really good.

A delicious dinner hosted by a friend who also treated us to fantastic French wines. Standout dishes included seasonal roe/egg-bearing female Japanese snow crabs and of course, the Japanese wagyu
