Another meal at my go-to fine dining Cantonese restaurant, this time with Goh-san from La Maison de la Nature Goh and Kawate-san from Florilege. Obviously the pig had to be ordered, and some classic dishes as well as dim sum.

A very nice and slightly modern take on traditional Taiwanese fare. That braised pork rice was heavenly. Definitely not to be shared.

My fifth visit to RAW, and definitely the worst meal. When your dining companion thinks the dessert is the best course of the meal... that kinda tells you something. Just didn't get what they were trying to do.

Delicious dinner at this new fine dining Cantonese restaurant within the stunning new hotel designed by Zaha Haddid. Very tasty dishes featuring some of the premium ingredients in Chinese cooking.

another amazing dinner at my favorite restaurant in HK. This time to send off a friend. Chef David Lai prepared a number of special dishes, including some from a recent collaboration with a Thai chef. Then there was the amazing oriental sole done meunière...
