Outstanding experience, great selection of sake for reasonable prices
First dinner experience after 2 lunches. Dinner costs 2x the price of lunch, with more otsumami and premium ingredients.

A second lunch here less than a week after the first visit. Some pieces tasted even better today, but the nigiri skills of Koba-san still needs work.

A pretty good lunch for my first visit. The skills of Koba-san still needs a little more work, but this was already very, very good.
