Return visit to Bozard. Of course we had to go for the classics. This time the Pithiviers. The menu starts with 4 snacks, 2 starters and then the Pithiviers.
The taste Profil is modern with enough acidity and is superbly executed.
Solid two star with potential.

Delicious lunch with the pâté en croûte world champion of 2015. Definitely the best I have ever had. The steak tartare was good, too.
