Every meal is more stunning than the previous :-)
Return visit to Bozard. Of course we had to go for the classics. This time the Pithiviers. The menu starts with 4 snacks, 2 starters and then the Pithiviers.
The taste Profil is modern with enough acidity and is superbly executed.
Solid two star with potential.

A dream came true in Bruxelles. Probably the best meal of 2021.
Take away Bozar “casse Croûte “ by Karen Torosyan
Delicious lunch with the pâté en croûte world champion of 2015. Definitely the best I have ever had. The steak tartare was good, too.
