An amazing preview of André Chiang's new Sichuan restaurant at Wynn Palace Cotai. There is so much food, and currently there is only one menu. It is difficult for most people to finish it all, and the meal easily takes 4 hours with the wine pairing.

One of the best new restaurant openings of 2019 for sure.
