Back here after quite a few years' absence. This was once my favorite place for beef noodle soup, and I still think they make the best ones in Taipei. Quality is there as long as price is no object.
However, prices were raised some years ago, and now one has to think twice whether the very premium bowls are justifiable in terms of their price. TWD 5,000 or TWD 10,000 are nothing to sneeze at, even if you do get very, very delicious beef.

Presidential Beef Noodle Soup: 5 different types of beef cubes from countries (Japan, Australia, US, and Brazil). Overall a solid beef noodle soup but not worth the value. ??
