Recommended bowl: Chicken & shoyu

A shop focused on using chickens, the soup here harnesses the flavor of Kyōaka Jidori brand birds, utilizing the bones and feet in the soup, along with Japanese kombu. No MSG. Diners have the choice of two soups, a clear chintan broth or a richer jukusei or 'aged' soup. One hundred percent of the ingredients are sourced domestically. Noodles are housemade. A highly ranked and popular shop, often with a queue out front. Open since 2014.
