Japanese restaurant in Sofia. It falls short of the big ambition because of the quality of ingredients and flaws in the execution.

Some interesting dishes, excellent sashimi and sea bream tempura.

Quite a good evening at Miyabi. I like especially the sashimi plato, which was very artistic and with high quality. I'd recommend also the lobster soup, the rapana and the desert from matcha tea.
