Shine muscat grape with cheese mousse
Burger using Kagoshima beef. 3 parts of the cow.

I usually don’t care much for burgers but I was curious to try this place as it’s part of the Suetomi and Makitori Shinkobe group. The burger was grilled to perfection, but the sauce was a bit too sweet and lacked some acidity and spices (adding some pickles and jalapenos would have been nice). On the other hand, all the appetizers were great, especially the lily bulb chips. An interesting concept and fun experience but probably not worth revisiting.•
