@brescadc dining is open back up with an à la carte menu, a four course prix-fixed menu, full carry out ‘BeeHome’ menu, the best duck in the country (sorry not sorry), and the most talented team 🌟💫
Chef Ryan Ratio helms this one-Michelin-star French bistro. The cooking is at its best since its inception in 2017. Worth a visit! This particular dinner was held on the second floor in their new restaurant called Jont.

Bresca, the first solo project from former Ripple chef Ryan Ratino. Casual fine-dining with some very creative dishes. Unfortunately I was by myself so I could not go for the larger plates which are meant to be shared. I really would love to try the Rohan duck a la presse.
