A renowned restaurant in Minami Ward, Fukuoka City, Sushi Osamu.I had the evening course, and I can only imagine that the prices have gone up a bit since then.The appetizers before the sushi were astonishingly good.Without a doubt, this is the best sushi I have ever had.It was absolutely delicious. I can't wait to go back!

Another trip to the south part of Fukuoka. The husband and wife make you feel as if you were invited to their home.
The otsumami and nigiris are well prepared and nicely calibrated, the Ankimo, the fugu shirako with rice and the Tai and uni nigiri being the outstanding pieces of the meal.

Wonderful sushi restaurant 30 minutes with the bus from the center of town.
A very friendly couple running the place trying to be accommodating to foreigners providing all kinds of material to make the experience good. The lady of the house shows you the fish on her smart phone so you can see what you are eating.
The shari is less acidic as in Edo-mae as Chef Osamu Muto uses sometimes Hassaku to flavour the sushi.
