How does Danish Christmas taste? It’s sweet!

Exceptional dessert by @fredrikberselius from ⭐️⭐️ @askanyc - birch ice cream served with dried black trumpets, fresh mushrooms (can't remember the variety) and a divine sirup infused with woodruff. Served @aamanns.dk 1921 during @copenhagencooking .

A new take to Smørrebrød from Adam Ammanns.
Progressive evolution and not revolution to old classics.
Some are fantastic, the new potato with smoked mayonnaise a stroke of genius.
