Upmarket R&C restaurant on the banks of the river. Interesting dishes referencing the entirety of the country. A secret course in the middle which turned out the be a fermented carrot. The meat was, seemingly unlike other places in Argentina, perfectly cooked. The offered then also the benefit to cut off the bone the remaining pieces.
