Steak remains the undisputed protagonist in Buenos Aires, and Elena at the Four Seasons is consistently ranked among the city's finest steakhouses. Fortunately, I'm staying at the hotel anyway.

The reputation is well deserved: this bone-in ribeye was beautifully juicy, tender and deeply flavorful, accompanied by chimichurri and a selection of salts.
