One of my favorite vegetarian restaurants in the world. Beautiful designed dishes which keep the palate interested in the most amazing setting. An oasis close to Tokyo Tower.
French trained, 4th generation owner incorporates vegetables not only from Japan and also uses katsuobushi for his dashi.
An excellent meal.
