13 servings with no apparent flaw is really impressive. The main course being a boneless chicken leg with risotto rice but no cheese or starch like you would expect in a risotto.
I will be back in HK just for this place once they open in the new allegedly better location.
The Chef Mr. Leung is confident that things will be even better. I do believe him.
