Dinner at OHKUSA (オオクサ)

Husband and wife shop. Strict no photo policy.
The food is very interesting and tasty. The chicken is cooked very hot but left very juicy. The seasoning, especially salt is on the heavy side, sometimes for me borderline, but for most people perfectly fine. The sequence gets broken up very originally prepared dishes like a salad and a potato salad dish. The meal gets wrapped up with a delicious rice with egg yolk.
