The owner of OHKUSA is Mitsukuni Okusa.*Reservations are accepted by phone.After opening the famous restaurant "Torimitsu" in Shinjuku, he relocated to Yotsuya Sanchome in November 2019 and has been operating as "OHKUSA" since then.This was my second visit after a long time.*Photography inside the restaurant is not allowed.~A few thoughts~The authentic yakitori, made with carefully selected ingredients primarily featuring Takasaka chicken, showcases the skill of the chef with perfectly grilled pieces. Each portion is substantial, and the liver was particularly exquisite.The beautifully fatty skewers paired well with the drinks, and I was very satisfied with the selection of rare Japanese sake available.
