Thank you for the precious seating. I understood why OHKUSA is considered one of Japan's top yakitori restaurants as soon as I arrived. Photography is strictly prohibited inside the restaurant. I enjoyed an 8-skewer course, and in between, there were some vegetables served as a palate cleanser, finishing with a delicious risotto.The skill in cooking the chicken to bring out its maximum flavor is truly unmatched. Using binchotan charcoal, they adjust the cooking method for each part of the chicken, showcasing incredible delicacy. The breast and thigh pieces served were impressively large yet perfectly juicy. Additionally, the asparagus and tomatoes served as side dishes were absolutely delightful. It's clear why so many people want to visit this place. I will do my best to secure a reservation!
