Reservations can only be made up to one week in advance, but with some persistence on the phone, you can secure a spot. I managed to make a reservation on my third call this time.Photography inside the restaurant is generally prohibited, so I only took one picture outside.It was nice to take my time enjoying the food and drinks.The course was set, and the skewers were left to the chef's choice. Everything was delicious, of course. The skewers were cooked to a nearly medium-rare state, with a slightly crispy exterior and a tender, melt-in-your-mouth texture inside.The selection of drinks was impressive, with a strong emphasis on Japanese whiskey.It was a great meal!
