I was fortunate enough to visit the highly sought-after OHKUSA.The menu is centered around Kousaka chicken, with different brands of chicken used depending on the part.The variety of cuts was unprecedented, and the liver was particularly exquisite!The warm atmosphere created by the staff, combined with the raw concrete interior, gives it a nice adult hideaway vibe.Although it's a place I can't visit often, I definitely want to come back!It was delicious!
