This was my first visit since the course prices were revised.The chef is **Mitsukuni Okusa**.After opening "Torimitsu" in Shinjuku Kabukicho in May 2011, he relocated to the current Yotsuya Sanchome location in November 2019 and changed the restaurant's name.Chef Okusa's yakitori is characterized by its exceptionally delicate preparation compared to other yakitori restaurants. With a perfect cooking technique that leaves almost no char on parts without skin, the moisture in the meat is well retained, allowing for an astonishingly moist texture.The term **gentle yakitori** might be the perfect description. Each skewer reflects the chef's meticulous craftsmanship, and I was reminded once again of its deliciousness. On this day, I enjoyed a variety of drinks and, as is customary, took some photos of a few bottles we had in front of the restaurant. It was a wonderful time that allowed me to reaffirm the charm of OHKUSA.
