50 year old French restaurant. The 70+ year old owner is still there every single day until the last customer leaves the building. The young Chef Shinichi MIYAUCHI has been living and training in France for 12 years and it shows.
Excellent food with some interesting Japanese ingredients and French techniques. Best course was the Hamo with a smoked tea dashi.
