A strong debut from the newly-independent @perretgallixugo. Formerly of Esquisse and Kyoto Kikunoi, his background in both cuisines shines through in a series of thoughtful, well-executed dishes.

@kibun_tokyo is definitely one to watch, and I’m excited to see how the menu evolves.
