This well known shop in central Tokyo is famous for Jiro-kei, or Jiro-inspired ramen. Sure enough, the master previously worked at a few Jiro shops before opening this one. Originally it was located in Kodenma-cho, but that branch closed and now they have this head branch along with one more outpost elsewhere.
