Focus on raw parts and the foie gras hot pot course. Really clean and fresh chicken. That chicken wing... boom! One of the better yakitori joints in town (even though it is a bit of a hike up there).

Excellent yakitori place. More upscale than normal, they offer wine as well as whiskey for drinks.
The absolute highlight is the tori paitan hot pot, which you eat in four stages, firstly you put the thighs and the chicken meatballs together with the mushrooms into the soup. Then the serve you vegetables to be flask cooked in the boiling broth. Thirdly they bring soba noodles, per cooked, so you only need to heat them.
