The absolute highlight is the tori paitan hot pot, which you eat in four stages, firstly you put the thighs and the chicken meatballs together with the mushrooms into the soup. Then the serve you vegetables to be flask cooked in the boiling broth. Thirdly they bring soba noodles, per cooked, so you only need to heat them. And then finally you can finish the delicious, intense and very creamy broth with by then is loaded with umami. This soup would make any ramen store proud.
