Located in Karatsu, 45 minutes away by car from Fukuoka lies this sushi shop run by a family of sushi chefs. High quality otsumami, especially the fugu dish which was awesome.. the neta comes largely from the local area, with a modest but well balanced akazu vinegar base. Quite good costpa for lunch, with the meal coming in around 6k or so. Worth the trip down there, especially if you happen to be hanging out in Saga.

Highly rated Tabelog sushi place in Karatsu. Unfortunately the Taishou was in the hospital and his son was serving.
Some good otsumami, some good nigiris.
