Lunch at The Restaurant | Waterkloof

Currently the Number 1 restaurant in South Africa. A stunning winery close to the coast in the most unbelievable setting. Steel, glass, concrete and wood dominate the architecture of the restaurants which is pushed out of the main structure of the building.
Gregory Czarnecki's food is modern with some interesting techniques. The sea bass course was truly outstanding while the duck was well short of the usual level.
Overall, certainly one of the best meals I have had in South Africa.
