Epicure 1st visit — one of the most celebrated and long-standing 3 Michelin star restaurant in Paris. An exquisite meal showcasing traditional techniques and top ingredients, perfectly executed. The Bresse hen cooked in cow bladder was a must. Impeccable service and great wine list too. French gastronomy at its best. •
