Recommended bowl: Housemade noodles

The master here trained at Ramen Kai in Kuramae, another prestigious shop. The menu is varied, with shoyu, shio, and tori paitan ramen all on the menu. Tsukemen also available, a great way to enjoy the house-made noodles, which come in different sizes to choose from.
