The master here trained at Ramen Kai in Kuramae, another prestigious shop. The menu is varied, with shoyu, shio, and tori paitan ramen all on the menu. Tsukemen also available, a great way to enjoy the house-made noodles, which come in different sizes to choose from. The soup for the tsukemen is a chicken and asari clam based broth, also made with vegetables like onions and ginger. Paired with chicken oil and a shio tare, as well as a side of three types of jelly-- tomato, yuzu and aosa seaweed.
