I visited on a weekday at 5:30 PM. There were four groups, including us, and it seemed that half of them were inbound customers. The menu featured the summer collection. The forest bread was infused with citrus flavors. The standout dishes were the tempura of sweetfish and the clam sauce. As expected from NARISAWA, they strike the perfect balance between innovation and deliciousness. We spent two and a half hours without getting bored, enjoying a truly wonderful time.I often visited for special occasions,... This was my second visit to NARISAWA, and it's definitely a place I want to return to for special occasions. I truly believe their culinary skills are exceptionally high. The pairings include some wines that are hard to find elsewhere, and I really love the combination of French cuisine with Japanese sake. The bread is so delicious that I end up eating one for each dish (sorry about that!). I absolutely adore the moss butter. I hope to visit again when I have another special occasion.

I had a wonderful time enjoying the high-quality dishes, complemented by delightful presentations like "Forest Bread," "Moss," and "Abundant Grains" that truly excited the diners. Each dish was infused with the chef's passion, which left a lasting impression on me. The tea pairing was also incredibly delicious and highly recommended. The service was impeccable, truly reflecting the standards of a Michelin-starred restaurant. I definitely look forward to visiting again.

I’ll skip the detailed description of the restaurant since others have covered it well. Everything I tried was absolutely delicious! There were no misses, only hits! The forest bread, squid, bamboo shoots, wild vegetables, Spanish mackerel, and Chateaubriand from Tajima beef were not only amazing in terms of quality but also in seasoning, serving temperature, and presentation—it was truly impressive! I can’t wait to come back in a different season. It was delicious! Thank you for the wonderful... More

Narisawa is one of the few Japanese restaurants which constantly has been on the WB50 list. Maybe because he started his career working in Europe, mostly in France and therefore cooks food which is very accessible for Westerners. I have been there for the first time in 2014 when it was still called Les Créations de Narisawa. Since then I dined there five times but have not been back for 3 years.

This Sunday I went back and had an extraordinary lunch.

Narisawa’s cuisine evolved, it became... More
