Restaurant Königshof Munich

Second lunch in two days at Königshof. This time we went for the homecoming version, Gulasch and so.

Swansong for a Munich classic. The restaurant in the Hotel Königshof, which will be torn down and rebuilt as another luxury hotel.

Martin Fauster and his team is also one of the few who can cook big pieces of meat perfectly. His cuisine is classic French but obviously recognisable as his own.

It is a pity that this place which was one of the best lunch places in Munich will get dissembled and have an uncertain future.
