With a serial of non literate menu, we are able to enjoy a feast by five senses and expectation. In this labor stage, Mr. Enso leads us to the memories of his travel in North Europe and Switzerland. As a previous Japanese cuisine chef , this trip aroused his talent of a new territory. Cooperating with local farmers and fisher near Kanazawa, they offer fresh fine dishes with best balance between natural ingredients and temperature,like artworks healing our mind and body.

Great fusion restaurant in Kanazawa, lunch is excellent in the light flooded dining room overlooking the open kitchen.
Refined dishes with a great concept, wonderful flavors and perfect execution.
